Registered users may submit new links for a small tax or for free.

• Do a quick search in the DWS Internet Directory, by typing a domain (eg. "example.com") or keywords (link title) in the search box "Search", to be sure your site isn't already listed. This saves everyone time.
• Identify the single best category for your site. You should submit a site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected or removed.
• Once you've selected the best category for your site, go directly to that category on DWS Internet Directory and then click "Submit Listing". Follow the instructions on the submission form carefully. Descriptions of sites should describe the content of the site concisely and accurately. They should not be promotional in nature.

Procedure After Your Site is Submitted:

An DWS Internet Directory editor will review your submission to determine whether to include it in the directory. Depending on factors such as the volume of submissions to the particular category, it may take 24 hours for Premium Listing or Basic Listing. Please only submit a URL to the DWS Internet Directory once. Again, multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites. Disguising your submission and submitting the same URL more than once is not permitted.

You may edit your existing directory content while your listing is live.

• Log in to your DWS Internet Directory Account.
• Select "My Submisions" from your account.
• Click on the "Review" function of the directory you wish to edit.
• Click on the "Mark this listing for removal" function if you wish to delete this listing.
• Make your changes to the directory.
• Select "Continue" button.

An DWS Internet Directory editor will review your link to determine whether to include or delete it in the directory.

Depending on the activity level of the editors, it may take up to 24 hours for your site to be reviewed, only for Premium Listing or Basic Listing. While the DWS Internet Directory is comprehensive in scope and coverage, we care a great deal about the quality of the DWS Internet Directory, and pride ourselves on being highly selective.

We don't accept all sites, so please don't take it personally should your site not be accepted. Our goal is to make the directory as useful as possible for our users, not to have the directory include all of the sites that could possibly be listed or serve as a promotional tool for the entities listed.

If after searching the array of subject categories, you are still unsure as to where you should submit your site, your best bet would be to submit your site to the category you think best reflects the content on your site.

The editors have the ability to move your site to a different category, or create a new one, should there be a need.

Once your site is listed in the DWS Internet Directory, it may take up to 1 month or more for your site to appear on any of the search engines for "Premium Listing" or "Basic Listing".

The DWS Internet Directory have paid express service (24 or 48 hours) similar to other commercial directories for Premium Listing or Basic Listing.

First, follow the submission guidelines carefully.

A well-written, thoughtful submission has a greater chance of getting reviewed sooner than a sloppy, careless one.

For Basic Listing we do not, however, recommend submitting your site to many different categories in hopes that one or two will end up being listed. This will not get your site listed quicker, and may in fact significantly delay processing. This may be interpreted as spam, which could result in your site not getting listed at all.

The "Report Listing" button allows to report links (e.g., listing does not load, listing violates the rules, etc.) to webmaster, who receives reports via email.

This is very important for us because it helps us to fix errors for listings.

The "Save Listing" button allows to save favourite listings. You can delete and visit his saved listings.

Click on any listing "Save Listing" button and "My Listing" button from the top bar menu to see your saved listing.

The "Listing Notes" allows to write and save notes about listings. You can edit, visit and delete his saved notes.

Click on any listing "Listing Notes" link and "My Notes" link from the top bar menu to see your saved notes.

Forgetting a password is more common than you might think! Here is an easy way to get back on track:

• Click "Login" page.
• Select the "I Forgot my Password" button.
• Enter your email address and select Reset Password. An email will be sent the email address you have on file. Follow the directions in this email to reset your password.

If you need to change your password:

• Log into your Account.
• Edit your password in "Edit my Account" page and click Save button.

Have you tried clearing your cache ?

• If not, clear it, close your browser and try again or Ctrl-F5 or refresh your browser.
• If this doesn't work, try logging in with a different browser. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera are a few browser options that you may try.
• If you continue to experience difficulties, contact our Member Support team. If it is our error, we'll get it addressed immediately.

An DWS Internet Directory editor will review your comment to determine whether to include or delete it in the directory. If your comment has approved you will see in a few days.
